hiding views

hi Guys,

can anyone guide as how i can hide cost view from some users while still
giving them access to the project center view for the projects they own ?

is it possible ? any workaround ?

If you wish to hide the Cost views from only certain users in PWA in the
Project Center and detailed Project views, you would need to create a custom
Category and custom Group for only those users. In the custom Category, you
would need to select only the Project Center and detailed Project views you
wish them to see. In the custom Group, you would include the custom
Category and select those certain users, plus configure the permissions you
wish them to have (you can set the permissions using a template to make this
process easier). You would then need to remove those users from any Groups
that give them permission to see the cost views that you don't want them to
see. Hope this helps.
