Hiding Visio Help Pane

Whenever I launch Visio, the Visio Help pane also opens and I don't want it
to. I know how to hide this in Excel, but it doesn't appear, that altho' this
is an Office product, that the features are the same. How can I always have
the Visio Help pane hidden when I launch Visio?
