Hierarchal grouping

I already found out at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/olcat.htm that I cannot
display categories and subcategories. Drat. What I want is a supercategory
"Projects" so that all names associated with a particular project can be grouped
under each one. Or create a view that includes only Projects (maybe spoofed into
some unused slot). Any direction?
