Hierarchical Tasks

I would like to have sub-tasks of tasks.

So for example if I have taskA taskB and taskC I might want to put taskB
under taskA if taskA needs to be finished before taskB can be done.

I've been looking for a 3rd party product but can't find anything that
integrates with Outlook.

I'm with you Steve! Palm software used a product called Brainforest. I have
not been able to find even a mention of what we want other than your posting.
