High resolution monitor messing up

Ok, I have switched to Tables layout, I have installed Firefox to preview it.
It looks good in the previews on my computer at all available resolution
settings of the standard 3 views. But our flat screen High res panel shows it
still messing up. It's resolutions is 1280x1024
Links www.ehancedmarketing.org/index.htm - Layer layout
Link www.enhancedmarketing.org/newpage.htm - Table with cell layout
the table one works on all my browsers but not the 1280x1024 monitor.
What should I learn next?

You will have to define what you mean by "messing up."

You can lead a fish to a bicycle,
but it takes a very long time,
and the bicycle has to *want* to change.

Learn that the spacebar is not a layout design tool.

The table layout page is perfect in FireFox and IE at all browser
sizes above 950px wide, below that there is a left/right scrollbar.
The cause is the line of images, separated by non-breaking spaces,
that demand too much space. This layout would be better accomplished
with a 5 cell table. Insert the images in the table and set the cell
alignment to center. The page would then be good for all resolutions
and browser sizes (at least above 700px wide).

I do not see any sign of the layout "messing up" on a 1280x1024, or
2560x1024 resolution monitor, except with browser windows set at
800x600 (which is a very common size in use today.)

You may want to double-think the spelling on your banner:
"EnhancedMarekting.org" ?

:)
