High Water Mark

I have been receiving "High Water Mark Notification"
e-mails recently but none of my e-mail accounts are
anywhere near the maximum size. I have cleaned all of my
accounts out but I continue to receive this message. Is
this a real message or is it a "hoax" type message?
I am running Outlook 2000 on an XP machine.

Do you keep a copy on your ISP mail server? Check if your ISP offers a web
mail client and go clean up your mailbox there. You most likely have a lot
of spam messages that your ISP is filtering but keeps in your mailbox
storage.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
