highlight a line of sentence in template

Hi,

I was hoping if i could get some help here. Not sure what sort of title to
make out for this question.

I have a template that is used to set up a letter to be sent to clients. In
the body of the letter, I would like to let people know that they should type
the content here for example

Recipient...

Date...

Re: ...

<type here for the content of letter>

Yours sincerely,

....

I saw some other letters that would highlight this line <type here for the
content of letter>. And when user clicks on it, it wipes it all out and is
ready awaiting the user to type something into it. Not sure what you call
that. Is it possible to do that with word application.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
