Highlight cells in a row with a given value

I have a simple math formula (sum) in column adding values typed into
previous columns. I would like for any value less than 0 to be highlited in
yellow.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Select ypu data then

Format|Conditional format
cell value is
Select 'less than'
enter 0 in the value box
Pick your colour
Click OK

Format>conditional format cell value less than or equal to 0 then set the
pattern to yellow
and click OK twice
