Highlight disappears

Hi

My Outlook calander seems to hold 2 months worth of
(past) appointments and then the highlighted date
disappears from that day although the appointment is
still there. I am using Office 2000 SR3 on Small Business
Server 2000 Exchange server and my friend has Outlook 98
on Exchange server 5.5 which is also does it as well. Can
anyone tell me if all appointments can be left
highlighted and if it is a server setting or a client
setting?

The Date Navigator only shows bold dates for 2 months into the past and
10 months into the future, based on the current date (not the date
selected, but the actual date). This cannot be changed.
