i hope somebody could help me on how excel could highlight a duplicate
row. :confused

PLEASE post to only ONE newsgroup. The microsoft.public.excel...
newsgroups are basically read and answered by the same people
so posting to multiple newsgroups wastes a lot of people's time,
not only is one answer usually sufficient, but you will probably get
the same answer each time.
