"Highlight" part of a picture in Word?

I need to highlight some text that is part of a picture (i.e. a print
screen), but I can't figure out how! I've tried everything I can think of,
but can't do it without blocking out the words with the color. Someone
please help!!!

Sorry, but that isn't going to happen in Word or anywhere else.

Typed characters in a text-based document are 'vector shapes'. When a
'picture' of this nature is generated, those characters are 'rasterized', or
turned into groups of pixels, and are no longer editable text.

Your most likely options are to 1) edit the image with an image editing
program to modify the pixel content & use the revised copy of the image, or
2) use the drawing tools in Word to cover up or hide the unwanted image
content, or 3) take a new screen shot that only contains what you want.
