highlight text and change it to capitals (upper case) on Word

When using Word or any other software that requires writing it would be much
better if you could highlight text and change it from capitals to lower case
or vice versa with the click of a button like you can with Italics, Bold and
Underline. At the moment if you want to change text to capitals you have to
delete it, press capslock and write it out again.

Hi,

Highlight some text and slowly press Shift+F3 several times. Doesn't that do
what you want?
