Highlight the search text in A2K

Hello,

My church membership database has much progressed in development, only
onething is lacking, I can not highlight the searched text. I tried to use
Lebans' way, but I do not know how to make it.

Any one can helpme. I have downloaded the sample from Leban's website, but I
do not know how we make it in my memo text control, because my church board
decision text is a memo field.

Anyone can help me please.
