Highlight-then-underline in OneNote should work like MS Word

You want to underline a mid-sentence word in OneNote. So you double-click
the word to highlight it, then you click the underline button (or press
Ctl-U). Voila! The word (AND the space trailing it) is underlined.

MS Word 'knows' that you don't want to underline the space after a
mid-sentence word. OneNote should know that, too. It's intensely bothersome
to have to adjust the highlighted word by one space before formatting.
