Highlighting and PDF

I've been using onenote 2007 for handwritten notes on a tablet pc. In some of
the text, I've used the highlighter pens for emphasis. However, if you save
the page as a PDF and then try opening the PDF in Acrobat reader, the
highlighted text is completely blocked out(i.e. the highlighted color is now
opaque instead of transparent) and thus the text cannot be read. Any help
would be appreciated.

Thanks,

That's a bug.
A really nasty one IMO as the normal way of highlighting would be the
usage of a highlighter pen and do in one step.

Would you pls report on Connect?

A workaround (not more <!!!>) is to mark the text and then click on
the highlighter icon in the Format toolbar.

Another way would be to mark the text and assign a flag (from the
Flags toolbar).

Just as a follow-up:
With B2TR it's ways better now.
Still it's not really good as (a) the highlight is on top of the text
and(b) the colors are not really transparent.
