HIGHLIGHTING DULPICATES WITH TWO COLUMNS & DELETING DUPLICATE

Sirs,
I request formula if Col-A & B Having Duplicate (NOT ONE COLUMN), that cells
to be highlighted. (AS PER BELOW SAMPLE - ROW 1 & 5 OF COL-A & B TO BE
HIGHLIGHT) And for another application, i want to delete the duplicate cells
or rows.(CELL - A5 TO BE DELETE) PLEASE FIND THE SAMPLE DATA
