Highlighting lines to change?

I have a document, several lines throughout require regular
amendments/updates e.g changing dates, names, addresses. How may I
highlight/arrange those lines so that someone other than me making the
changes know where to make them.
I thought of highlight in different colour or use different format but
then it's printed in that form.

Depending on which version of Word, but a universal approach may be to
bookmark the start of the sections that need changing and create a macro
that interrupts the TAB key to Goto the next Bookmark. Users could then open
a document and tab through the bits that need changing.

Alternatively, create a UserForm that the user completes and all the
information is then fed into the correct parts of the document.
