Highlighting Mail from Outside Company Using Color

In a previous version of outlook I could flag mail from outside the company
by changing the color of the heading by looking for @ in the From field.
Conviniently mail that comes from inside the company does not include the @
sign so this is a simple flag for mail received from outside. This worked on
the previous version but not my present version, Outlook 2002.

I think the problem is that the system only searches the Display Name
instead of my earlier version which searched the complete name. I noticed
that some From field which show the "raw" email are successfully flagged but
those with Display Names are not.

I've tried Organize by color which doesn't seem to show any option of
looking for the compete name. I also tried making a new rule from scratch in
the Rules Wizard. However, the wizard does not have any action listed to
color the listing, only move, delete, etc.

Is there any way of forcing the organize by color to look at the complete
raw email address to find the @ symbol? Or change the display in the inbox
listing to display the full e-mail message and allow the organizer to see it?
