Highlighting names in org chart

Is there a way to highlight text/names in an org chart? I've tried, but it is
highlighting the box, not the text.

Hello Isaida,

It depends on what you mean by highlight. Have you had a look at the
Organization Chart / Options 'Text' tab (from the menubar)?

Let me know if that helps or if you had different requirements.
