Hi! 6 Oct

We have Outlook 2007.

Is there a way of highlighting a specific message in color in say the Inbox ?

In OE, we can create a message rule that highlights all messages that pass
the filter in a desired color.
I cannot find that filter in Outlook.

I was told by someone that he has managed to highlight specific messages in
color ( the entire row in the Inbox is shown in color: ie select a specific
message and get Outlook to show the entire row in color. ( not use the 'Red'
etc Folders)

Thanks

Mohan

Thanks!!

But is there a way of highlighting a SPECIFIC message?

Mohan
Sure, use Automatic Formatting:

Just one specific message? Well...if you set the criteria in Automatic
Formatting fine enough I guess it could only apply to a single message.

Oh: I found out what was happening: a message flagged for follow up turns red
when it is overdue.
