Highlighting textboxes if it equals 100%

Hello,

I have a subform that returns user statistics. There is a
text box called txtAssignedLoad that displays the users
Work load %. The form is set to Continuous Forms.

I would like either just the text box or the whole record
to highlight or bold those records in which the text box
returns 100%.
