Highlights the current record at form

Hello ,
I Would like to know how can I change the BackColor or Highlights the
current record at form or an other example change the color of
BorderColor'LABEL wrapping this current record only without change the
BorderColor of every record in this form.

The purpose is remark a current record at form.
