Highligting a block of text/image ?

Hello.
In onenote 2007, I would like to have a border (as a rectangle) around a
block of text (with or without shading).
I saw that I can draw a rectangle around that block text.
But how can I easily select and move the two (rectangle + text in) in one
time ?

Thank you.

One suggestion that has been made in the past (I think it was Grant's) was
to put that content into a single cell table. That way the border and the
content move together.

Thank you.
It's a good idea.
There is a little problem when using 1 row and 1 column. In this case it
seems the table disappears.
But I use 2 rows, the first one beeing a title.
