Highliting rows on Excel

I need to highlite various rows on my Excel spreadsheet
of addresses.
How is this accomplished?

If you wish to just color some cells permanently, then Left-click and drag
across the cells you wish to highlight, then right-click > Format cells >
Patterns tab > click on a color > ok........

If you wish to have certain cells color automatically, based on certain
"conditions", then you need to look in to the Conditional Format" feature.
