highliting weekends and hollidays in PWA

Hello,

we are using Project Web Access for time reporting - but
it gets quite disturbing since you can't tell weekdays and
workdays from weekends and hollidays in the PWA "task"
page - thus our question:

"is there a way to highlite weekends and hollidays - or
make it impossible to enter hours there in PWA
timesheets???"

It's not something you can do through the interface. You might consider
setting your timesheet span to one week.

Internally we have to stick to the half month periods - is
there any other possibility??? maybe changing the code???

You need to judge this for yourself. There's extensive information on the
customizability of the EPM environment on MSDN. You sure you can't overcome
this with some training?

well - training might be an option - it just seems so easy
if thouse fields where colored or even blocked - it would
make the PWA Task view much better since it would be
easier to report time if you can see the weekends -
training can't account for a good simple setup...
