Hijri date does not change

How does one get Access 2000, 2002 or 2003 to adjust Hijri dates in accord
with Windows XP regional settings? If Windows XP is set to use the Hijri
calendar and you then adjust the Hijri date plus or minus a day or two, the
date displayed within Access (on form or report) is not changed, but it is
changed in Windows XP and even Excel.
