Hindi Numerals are changed to Arabic when saved as PDF

When I save a Word 2007 document to PDF format using the Word 2007 pdf
converter, all Hindi numerals in my document would appear in Arabic format.
1) Is there a configuration to be done somewhere?
2) Can I save the pdf document as an image.

Hi,

I own the PDF converter in Office. I am not able to reproduce this bug. Can
you please give more details or submit the document you are trying to convert?

I do not think you can generate this bug, because you should have Arabic
Langauge installed in your system.

In Arabic langauge we use Hindi numerals (believe it or not), so when I type
the text in arabic which include numerals, and save the document to pdf the
arabic text stay the same but numerals are changed into ARABIC not hindi.

I tried all the options in the regional setting in Windows XP
(Customize/Numbers /Digit substitution) but nothing changed.

Your follow up of this matter would be highly appreciated.
