Hindi Numerals in Power Point 2000

Wedad

I have the Multilanguage support in XP enabled and the numbered are displayed
in Hindi shapes in Word but when I import the text into Power Point, the
shape changes to Arabic. In Power Point 2000, there is no "right to left" tab
in the "options" menu of the "tools", so I cannot choose the "Hindi" display
as in Word. Please hlep. Thanks.

Wedad,

Do you want the entire presentation to display Right to Left? Correct?

This is initially controlled by the language it is created with (If the
language on the creation machine if a R->L language then the presentation is
set-up that way. But this can be changed with VBA or by cutting and pasting
the slides into a presentation that has the correct directional layout.

If I understand some of your question, there is a problem with bulleted
lists changing when pasting from Word to PowerPoint. Can you change the
bullet item to the correct item manually once inserted into PowerPoint?
