How do I slide my bin numbers, which are on the x-axis,
to the right so they aren't centered under each bar, but
rather in between each bar?

Tom -

The category labels need to be under the columns in the chart. But you
could construct a dummy axis with datalabels that serve as your desired
axis labels. Follow the procedure in my Arbitrary Axis example, but put
the axis along the X axis, of course:
