Alan.
Precis: Outlook 2003 business conatct manager has lost
the plot with regards to history log.
Explanation:
I have outlook 2003 with business contact manager. This
morning I opened a BUSINESS CONTACT and the history log
included *ALL* the emails that were in my inbox, not just
those linked to that contact. All other business contacts
had the same issue. I closed outlook, rebooted the
machine.
Now if I open a Business contact, I get this error
message:
"the custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an
outlook from instead. The form required to view the
message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator."
I click Ok and then get
"Array index out of bounds."
My search of Microsoft support was fruitless except from
knowledge base stuff on previous version of OL.
Instead of the business contact, I get a normal contact
window. Is there a patch or fix available?
Regards,
Alan
