Hit Counter question

I am using Frontpage 2000 and IIS for a website. I've
added a hit counter using FrontPage with no custom image
and have the following code in my page:

digits="0" i-image="4"
PREVIEW="&lt;strong&gt;[Hit Counter]&lt;/strong&gt;" i-
resetvalue="0" -->

Does this code look correct or am I missing something?
I've uploaded onto server which as FP extensions
installed, but counter doesn't show up at all.
