There was an email outage on my ISP's server yesterday and today I noticed
that all my hit counters had stopped counting. The last thing I tried was
removing all of the .cnt files from my live web and also from my local
machine. Then I saved the pages, then published the site. Then I went back
and reinserted new hit counters. My privacy folder showed them all marked as
"do not publish." I published my web. They still don't work. (Prior to this I
had them all saying publish -- no luck.) What happened? Could it be something
my ISP needs to do? (Btw, they are invisible hit counters.)
