I have an issue when I click on a hyperlink in Outlook, or even Word/PPT,
message and I receive an error that states that hlink.dll is not compatible.
Please reinstall outlook. I have reinstalled outlook, ran several repairs,
used a method described in KB813726, all to no avail. I have a dell computer
with xp OS and MS Office Pro Edition 2003. Thank you for any help that I
haven't already exhausted...
