Hoe to transfer personal mail folders fromEntourage to Outlook 2003 on PC

Is there a fairly simple way of converting the Personal stored email in Entourage 2008, to a .PST file that can be transferred into an Outlook 2003 for PC account? I am having trouble finding a solid solution to this.

If you're using an Exchange account, can't you just transfer the email
via the server?

The emails are in his Folders on My Computer so they are stored in the Entourage Main Identity Database...not on the Exchange Server
There is a size restriction on Exchange Inbox Accounts. This user has almost 10Gig worth of offline stored emails. I thought maybe there would be a way to convert that Database file to something that would be readable by Outlook.
Any ideas??

Export as MBOX files. Use this script that gets subfolders too.
