Hold Italics

I am copying a cell containing text using '=(sheetname,cellname)' to a
second sheet cell. The original cell has some text in italics but the
italics don't come over to the second sheet. Everything works perfectly
except italics, bold, etc. don't come across.

Is there a way to fix this?

Linked cells do not carry formatting............values only, like any other
formula result.

If the Italics are result of Conditional Formatting, apply same CF to
destination.
