What version of Outlook? Kind of important, since older versions of Outlook
don't have holidays reaching out to 2008.

If you look at the How to determine whether the update is installed portion
of http://support.microsoft.com/kb/924423, what is the date/time/size of
the outlook.hol file on your hard drive and where is it located?
