Holidays for 2006 and beyond for Office XP

I have Outlook 2002 from OfficeXP. Help says that holidays are provided only
through 2005. Is there any way to get holidays for 2006 and beyond?
(Upgrading to a later version of Office doesn't count!)

After furious head scratching, SD 22 1966 asked:
