Holidays off by one day

I just learned I had to download new Holidays that were
not showing up in Outlook 2000, I downloaded the
Holidays, and now all my Holidays are One day ahead of
their actual date, Such as Christmas is on Dec. 26, New
Yrs. On Jan 2, and on and on. Ideas.Anyone?
