Home and Student 2007 License Question

How do I know how many times my product key has been used? How many
installations do I have left with my product key?
I was not able to keep track of it.

And also, How do I transfer my license from a laptop that was stolen to my
new one?

You can't tell.

You also can't "transfer" the license from one system to another. You'll
have to install it and then use the telephone activation method.

Also it doesnt matter how many times a key has been used, it matters as to
how many PC's its currently installed on.
