I have a new compaq that I am trying to install H&S on. Vista OS. I
uninstalled factory trial of Microsoft Office, Norton Trial and Works. I then
attempted to a new install with the CD. I did this twice and each time I
received an error message 1935. I have looked up the error # but it talks
about .net framework. I tried downloading it and rec'd the message that it
was already installed. I tried to find it via search and installed programs.
I could not find any .net framework. I made a recovery dvd so I can use that
if necessary but hope someone can help me first. Thank you!
