Home and Student Vista Edition

I recently purchased the Office Home and Student Vista Edition. My daughter
is attempting to insatll it on her laptop at school. However, the product
code which you must enter contains one 'symbol' - that of a backward E. Can
anyone help me figure out what to put in the product code to register this
product? She has tried a regular E and it doesn't work!
