Home office and student 2007, trial period information

When the trial period ends on microsoft student 2007, will i be able to keep
the information I have added to it, without having to activate the program.
Will I lose everything?

The documents you have created will not disappear - you will be able to view
them, but not edit or create new ones until you purchase a full licence or
make other arrangements..
