Home Use Program and EULA

I am considering the purchase of Office Professional 2003 through the Home
Use Program available thru my workplace. I am wodering if the standard retail
EULA will apply to this copy of software.
Specifically - will I will be able to install a HUP copy of Office 2003 on a
desktop AND a portable computer as allowed by the standard 2003 EULA?

As far as I know, a Home Use Program license is for only one
computer, but you should check with your employer to make sure.

I have used the Home Use Program twice. The first time was with Office
XP where I activated on a desktop and then on a laptop both via
internet.

When my employer switched to Office 2003, I again purchased through
the Home Use program. This time I activated on the laptop first and
then had to call (and talk to a human being) to activate on the
desktop telling the MS employee that it was still installed on the
laptop.

In both cases I did successfully activate on both the desktop and the
laptop.
