I just updated my Office XP. After installation, I
clicked on my Outlook, which I thought was Outlook
Express before, and an agreement message appeared. So I
clicked yes. Then another window popped up and said
something about adding another email account and I said
NO. Well when the program loaded...All my emails I had
stored and address book were gone. Is there anyway to
get them back? Thanks, I hope someone can help.

Don't quite understand, Ann. Were you using Outlook Express before as your
email client. If so, your information should still be there. Outlook and
Outlook Express are two separate and distinct programs. Outlook Express is
an email client and newsgroup reader that is an integral part of Internet
Explorer; whereas Outlook is and email client and information management
program of more value in a business environment. If you were using Outlook
Express before, you'll have to transfer your email account to Outlook in
order to use it. Try the following site:
