Hi Guys,

I am in charge of maintaining our companie's Intranet and have recently
redesigned it totally using Microsoft Frontpage 2003.

I would now like to be bale to do the following: Every time I publish the
website (changes or entire site) I would like a group-wide email to go round
telling our staff that the website has been updated.

I have spoken to a couple of colleagues who run their own websites and they
say this happens when they update their websites but neither of them know how
this happens as someone else did their websites for them.

Is the above possible at all?

Hi Si,

There is nothing intrinsic in FP3 to handle that.

You could write a FP Com-Add in to intercept the publish and send an email at that time.
