Hopefully some simple problems: HELP !!

I've got version 12.0.0. (1) Can't send attachments, even though I've been everywhere looking for help within Preferences, Settings, etc. etc. (2) Not all mail I send goes to the "Sent" folder.......leaving me to believe it was never sent. Can't find where to see the answers to my question! Have posted these problems on <http://blog.entourage.mvps.org> and can never find the answers!
Sorry I'm very inexperienced. Thanks for the help.

It sounds like both your questions relate to Entourage, and this is the

It's excellent that you mentioned the version number--for a fast
response when you report, you might also say what you do to try to send
an attachment that doesn't work, and what kind of error message you get.
That will help people figure out the situation.
