Horizonal Line Word Wrap

I know how to create horizonal line with tables and 3 lines and enter
but they don't word wrap.

I have no idea what you're talking about from this description. Please post
back with a fuller explanation of what you're trying to do and start by
stating your OS and Word/Office version numbers.

Ummm... Yeah... Lines are not "words", so they don't wrap.

I am afraid I do not understand what you are trying to do: if you could give
me some more details I can help then.
