Horizontal flip is not available in tool bar or under Arrange?

I have used Publisher for years on our old computer, however, since I bought
my new computer, I have not been able to find the "flip horizontal" icon on
my tool bar or in the "Arrange, Rotate or Flip" buttons. The "rotate left
and right" icons are in the toolbar, and are available under "Arrange, Rotate
or Flip", but I cannot find any way to horizontally flip my images. Any
ideas??

I would suggest reading http://www.dts-l.org/goodpost.htm before posting on
newsgroup. Note point 3j - if you don't identify to us what you have
already tried, we are liable to suggest you try it.

If you are using Publisher 2002 or 2003, the Standard and Formatting
toolbars are by default displayed on the same row, which on any but the
largest of monitors will mean that some icons are hidden. You can move the
toolbars around by clicking and dragging the left-hand edge of the toolbar
(where there is a little "handle").

I'm sorry... I am using Publisher 98. I'll give your suggestions a
try...Thank you!

I went to the website you suggested for PUB 98 and followed the directions to
reset the toolbars and it worked great!! I have my flip buttons back!!! I
thought it had to be something like that, but had no clue where to begin.
Thank you very much for your help!!!

What is a 'BSB'???
Margolotta is a well know interferer of minors and a very sick mental
defective who can not get any treatment in England for her malaise. Any
other self respecting country would have locked up the sick women a long
time ago and thrown away the keys.

Thanks for clarifying that - I had searched www.acronymfinder.com and found
three that seemed appropriate:

Back Side Bus
Bedside Bag
British Standard Beam
