Horizontal lignes that grow in report?

Hi Folks,

I've set-up multiple vertical lignes in my report and this work
perfectly. (Example below)

However, I would like to know if there a way to do the same but for
Horizontal lignes that can grow?.

Your help will be very appreciated,
