The horizontal line will indicate the maximum number of people for a given
department. I have a program that generates a layer area graph of the amount
of of people required for doing various work assignments. I need to add a
horizontal line across to indicate the maximum number people in that
department.
I have a query that generates a table that I use the wizard to generate a
layer area type of graph. The program added a roster level with a constant
number over a 12 month period. My graph plots level of effort vertically,
and months horizontally.
When I display the graph, I edited the roster level and changed the chart
type to line. That work for me only for this set of data.
When I did it again for a different department, it stop working.
I think the roster level for one department is not the same for a different
department because the amount of projects for each are different. Since the
layter area play I use have various projects stack one on top of each other.
Changing the roster level on one department was not the same for a different
department.
Does anyone have any suggestions??
Thank You,
